Client Booking Terms and Conditions

We advise all our clients to read through the clinic terms and conditions before making a booking. These are put in place to safeguard both the client and the clinic and to ensure the maximum standards and service are maintained.

In booking an appointment you are agreeing to the clinic terms and conditions stated below.

 

Client Information

All clients are required to provide contact details (name, address, telephone and email) in order to secure an appointment.

All clients will complete a medical history form at their first appointment, which is necessary for the consultation and treatment planning process.

All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data protection legislation.

Client information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions.

 

Bookings and Deposits

For all Cosmetic Injectable appointments, clients are required to pay a £50 deposit to secure a treatment booking. Please note that any deposit paid is deducted from the total on the day of procedure. For example, if you book a treatment priced at £250, a £50 deposit is taken on the day of booking, leaving the remainder of £200 to be paid on the day of treatment.

For Initial Consultations for the treatment of lines and wrinkles with our Nurse Prescriber, a deposit of £30 is also payable, which is fully redeemable against treatment and the booking fee already paid is deducted from the price of the treatment.

The deposit paid upon booking is fully redeemed upon arrival for your consultation against your treatment plan within 6 months of your consultation.

Your consultation fees are NOT redeemable against treatment, if you do not attend for your appointment or cancel your appointment with lees than 48 hours notice of the scheduled time of your appointment.

 

Payments

You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed including that of any maintenance treatment before any treatment is undertaken.

Payment will be taken in full at the time of treatment, less any deposit paid, if applicable.

Helen McGuinness Aesthetics accepts cash, along with most major debit or credit cards.

 

Prices

Prices displayed on our website and marketing material are correct at the time of display.

However, we reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice. We make every effort to maintain prices, but these may be subject to variations caused by factors beyond our control.

 

Cancellation

We remind clients that in order to change or cancel an appointment we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in order that we may make best use of our appointment diary and offer the appointment to another client. Failure to cancel or rearrange with 24 hour’s notice will result in the loss of the treatment from your plan, or the application of cancellation fee.

 

Late arrival

Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time, or forfeiting of the appointment.

 

Courses of treatment

If you have purchased a pre-paid course of treatments and fail to arrive for your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you will forfeit the treatment you booked

 

Consent

Prior to commencement of any treatment, you are required to sign a Consent Form. Upon signing your consent, you are confirming that you understand the benefits and risks of your treatment. In addition, you are also acknowledging that no guarantee can be given with regard to the outcome.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide the practitioner with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Helen McGuinness Aesthetics Ltd will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

 

Children

We regret that due to health and safety reasons and the nature of aesthetic injectables, children are not permitted into the treatment area. We respectfully request that clients do not bring children with them to their appointment, unless a responsible adult is accompanying you and can look after them in the waiting area whilst you are being treated.

 

Client Suitability

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you or likely to be successful prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why.

 

Treatment Courses

All treatment courses must be paid in full prior to starting your treatments. All treatment courses have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed prior to the expiry date or will be invalid unless you can provide a medical letter to support the extension (within reason) of any treatment courses.

 

Refunds

Whilst we undertake to provide an excellent service, including honest, factual and ethical advice along with a safe and effective treatment, we cannot guaranteed your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

We have a no refund policy on all treatments and products. All treatments, whether individual or part of a treatment course are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Data Protection

We take our data protection responsibilities seriously and will not share your personal information or details of your purchase with any third parties unless required to do so by law. Liability

Helen McGuinness Aesthetics Ltd will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

Helen McGuinness Aesthetics Ltd shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, Acts of God, riots, civil commotion, strikes, shortage of supplies, lock-outs, industrial action, war, disease or fire.
